Automatic hot water maker

Blancher in stainless steel Mod. 15 for production up to 1 5 quintals / hour.

The machine is for cooking a continuous cycle of a wide range of products. Constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, it will consist of:

-

drum product container, with internal spiral for advancement, pitch 250 mm.

-

one-piece top cover that can be opened with a hinge on the longer side by means of a pneumatic cylinder,

-

direct steam heating with steam-water mixing injector and manual adjustment valve,

-

indirect heating by coil with pneumatic thermoregulating valve, 3 shut-off valves, Y-filter, condensate drain, with relative bypass.

-

motorization of the drum by means of speed variator for adjusting the residence time of the product from 2 to 10 min.
